How can I see if Organizations have completed their booths?

Click on Manage Event for the specific event you are looking into.  Once in the Manage Event screen, click on Organizations.  This will be a full list of all organizations that registered to your event.  There will be a % completed column which you can also sort.  If you hover over the % completed it will show you exactly what is missing from their booth if not at 100% complete.
