I Registered as an Attendee instead of an Organization.
If you registered as an attendee instead of an organization, please email us at support@premiervirtual.com and request a deletion of your attendee profile. After your profile is deleted, you will receive another link where you can register again.
If you find yourself registered on the wrong side of the platform, you will need to contact support for us to remove the account registered in error. Once we have deleted the account, you will then be able to re-register as an organization. If you could also provide support how you were provided the registration link that will be helpful in us determining if the wrong link was sent out in error by a host. If you were sent an email with both the attendee and organization link together, please share this also when emailing the support team.
