"User Already Exists" error. Can't add an Existing User to My Organization?
If a user has an existing account with Premier Virtual, connected to a different organization, then you may not add them. If you need this user added, you may add them with a different email address.
What can you do instead?
If you need them added with the same email, please have the existing user email us at support@premiervitual.com and ask them to request a deletion of their profile. Once their profile is deleted, they will be able to join your organization.
