Can I Begin a Conversation With an Attendee?

Yes! You can begin a conversation with an attendee that has visited your booth (Visitors).

We recommend reaching out to visitors as soon as they show up in your "Active Visitor" column. Although the attendee may not reach out immediately as they are reviewing the content in your booth, it is nice for them to know somebody is there to answer their questions. 

To chat with a visitor, click on the chat icon next to their name in the visitor column.
