An event I registered for is not showing up on my Event list, why is that?

A cache issue might have occurred, and your registration may not have gone through, we recommend re-locating the registration link and going through the steps again and making sure to click "Complete Registration"

We advise that you re-locate the registration link that prompted you on setting up your account.
Once you are on the registration page of the event, please follow these steps:
  1. Click on Register for Event
  2.  Sign-in using your email address, you may be directed to a new link via email. 
  3. Complete all of the necessary steps on the Setup Wizard.
  4. Click on Complete Registration.

Please refresh the page and you are now registered for the event!
