# An event I registered for is not showing up on my Event list, why is that?

## A cache issue might have occurred, and your registration may not have gone through, we recommend re-locating the registration link and going through the steps again and making sure to click "Complete Registration"

We advise that you re-locate the registration **link** that prompted you on setting up your account.   
Once you are on the registration page of the event, please follow these steps:   
  1. Click on Register **for Event**   
  2.  **Sign-in** using your email address, you may be directed to a new link via email.   
  3. Complete allof the necessary steps on the Setup Wizard.   
  4. Click on **Complete Registration.**

Please refresh the page and you are now registered for the event!
