Not all events will have the scheduling feature turned on. If the event is using the scheduling feature, you will see a button in every booth that says, "Book a Time with a Recruiter."
If the event you are attending does have the scheduling feature turned on, you will see a button in the booth that says, "book a Time with a Recruiter." You may just have open chat with the recruiters in this booth, or if you choose to, you can schedule a time with a recruiter. Click on the Book a Time button and IF the recruiters have added availability, you will be able to see time slots available. Select the time you want. The recruiter will be notified, and you both will get a message reminder 2 minutes before the start time. The recruiter will start the meeting by sending you a message in the chat that the meeting has started.
