I'm having Internal Server Error issues/ White blank screen on my page

If you are having Internal Server Issues or some pages are blank (white page), a VPN or Firewall may cause issues connecting/accessing our platform.

If you are connected to a VPN of your organization (government, company, school etc.) you may encounter certain blockage to some of our pages. Your network might have a firewall set-up for outside web addresses, such as our wesbite.

In order to confirm this is a firewall issue, we recommend disconnecting from your VPN and connecting to another home/public/hotspot network. If your issue is fixed after trying this fix then it confirms that your VPN was blocking our site.

If this is the case we recommend contacting your IT Department, and asking them if they can whitelist our website (https://app.premiervirtual.com) on your company's network.
