Early/Late Access allows you to enter the event and view organizations, jobs and submit your resume before/after the event is "Live".
Early Access:
When this feature, is enabled it allows you to log into the event and see the organizations and submit your resume. Organizations most likely will not be present in their booth during early access, so be sure to come back and chat/video with them during the Live time.
Late access:
If this feature is enabled by the host, after the event's "live time" has completed you will still have access to the booth/booths, so that you can still log in and see the companies and submit your resume. Recruiters most likely will not be in the booth, so chat/video may not be available during Late Access.
