What does early access/late access mean?

Early Access:

This feature allows attendees (job seekers/candidates) to log in before the event, view and research the organizations, and even submit their resume. Organizations (recruiters) are typically not present in their booth during early access.

Late access:

This is after the event "live time" has completed. The host may allow extra time after the event  - you can log in and see the companies and submit resume. Recruiters may stay in the booth after the event as long as they would like to meet with candidates, but Late Access may continue for hours, days, or longer.
