The Hiring Metric Tool is an Event Based ATS to track hires from an event.
The Hiring Metric Tool is an Event Based ATS that allows you to automate your follow up process after your events to get the hiring information that you need. If you enable the Hiring Metric Tool for an event, organizations will receive an email once a week for 8 weeks with a link to go back in to update the status of their applicants. They can check off Hired, Not Hired, Interviewed and In-Process. Once they have completed the survey the organization can press the complete button which will then stop the email sequence. You as a host will have this data available to you under the Hiring Metric Tab in your Manage Event screen.
