What is the Video Interview feature and how do I add one to my events?

Questions you get to select or even create that are in video format to form what we call an Interview Set. Once the interview set is created it can be added to your events.

The Video Interview feature allows you to create an interview set to add to your events.  The interview set must be created before the event so that it is available to add.  You will find the Video Interview under the menu on the left side of your screen when you log in. 

Once you click into Video Interview, you can then choose from the 72 questions we already have created, or you can even record your own.  Once you have created an interview set, you can then go build your event.  You will be able to add the set you created to your event. 

When job seekers register, they will have the option to participate in the video interview questions and record their answers.  The recorded answers will be viewable when a recruiter looks at that candidate's profile.
